A lot work is now in this field                                                                                                                                   Many companies that say they carry out repairs are likely to condemn your Doors Windows, Locks etc telling you parts are obsolete and are really interested in selling you new windows or doors. At Door Installation Services if it can be repaired we will do so, we will not be trying to sell you new windows or doors unnecessarily.

The most common problems                                                                                                                                    Are misted (broken down) sealed glass units.These cannot be repaired but can be replaced. We would have to visit and measure up size make up etc and issue you with a free quote.

Windows and Doors not closing properly                                                                                                                    Is another common problem normally due to broken or worn hinges. We carry a limited stock of the more common hinges, locks etc but as there are so many it would be impossible to carry them all. However any type of hinge,lock, window/door mechanism etc if it is still available we will find it or replace with similar.

Moving into a new house? Has the house been occupied before? What's the first thing you should do?          Change Your locks.... You may think you've received all the keys from the previous owner, but how can you be sure? What's to say somebody hasn't taken a copy of them? Or for that matter, who's to say that they are fit for purpose and meet your insurance requirements. We can do a security audit and advise you on what types of locks would be suitable, even if the existing locks are up to standard are you sure no one else has copies of the keys?

Getting a new suite?  Can`t get it through the front door?  Is your new suite to big, or is the front door to small?                                                                                                                                                                                   No problem we can give you a price to remove and reinstate your existing door, to enable you to get your suite in, or another alternative is to remove the glass in your window (You,d be surprised the amount of times we are called out to do this).
